How does it work?
- Confirm a reservation on our website baobabsuites.com
- If you find a lower price that qualifies for the same accommodation within 24 hours after the reservation, let us know, we will revise the information and we will honour that price.
- A qualifying lower price is a lower price that you find on a non-Baobab Suites booking channel within 24 hours after your booking.
- The lower price needs to be bookable online on a different website with the same conditions as the reservation made on www.baobabsuites.com. measured in real time with immediate action. It will only apply for the same room type including its meal plan, same dates, same number of nights, same number of guests and further identical reservations conditions.
- The lower price does not apply in case of error(s) or publication fault(s) by other websites.
- A lower price does not qualify when it is a package deal or if the website does not indicate the hotels name during the reservation process or if there is no immediate confirmation.
- A lower price does not qualify when it is not accessible for the general public (member prices, staff, groups etc.) or if you need a special code to log in.
- If you find a lower price that qualifies please send an email to booking@baobabsuites.com within 24 hours after receiving your reservation confirmation from your booking on www.baobabsuites.com

After receiving your email or telephone call we will try to independently validate your claim within 48 hours.
Price comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges, and will exclude changes in currency exchange rates.
- Baobab Suites may deny claims if the percentage difference between the price booked through www.baobabsuites.com and the qualifying lower price is 1% or less. Baobab Suites may deny claims if it believes that the Best Price Guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent.
- Once we verify the availability and eligibility of the qualifying lower price, we’ll match the qualifying lower price. In that case, Baobab Suites will adjust the amount on the confirmed reservation to the qualifying lowest price that Baobab Suites is able to verify, which may be different to the price quoted in your email or during your telephone call.
The room price change will not be effective until you have received an email confirmation reflecting the new room price from Baobab Suites.
A claim may be invalidated if you make any changes to the reservation after the claim is submitted and approved.
