Ballet fit ®
Ballet Fit ® is a discipline that combines classical ballet with fitness elements. Directed choreographic activity, which interchanges, continuously or by intervals, cardiovascular work, toning, strength, balance, flexibility and joint mobility. Prescribed by health professionals for the improvement of physical condition.
- 2 personal training sessions of Ballet Fit ®
- 1 deep tissue massage (60’)
- 2 smoothies per day of training (to choose between energy, depurative, anti-hangover or low carb options)
- Nutritional advice and assessment
- Unlimited access to gym + collective classes (FUNCTIONAL, TRX ,GAP , ZUMBA, etc)
- Water and towels included
- WIFI included
- Private yoga session in the suite (to choose between Hatha, Flow, Dynamic or Power Cross) or Pilates (reformer/chair) with additional charge
- Bike rental with additional charge / Running routes
- Other sports options: beach volleyball, paddle, water sports, etc.
From 09:30am to 11:30am and from 7:45pm to 8:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
