Floor Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Floor manager with creditable experience for our restaurants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your goal will be to guarantee the quality of service and customer satisfaction by the dining lounge service team.
The main functions and responsibilities of the post under the supervision of the Maitre will be:
- Organize and guarantee the service to the Restaurant, Breakfasts, Dinners, Bar, Events and Room Service according to the quality parameters set.
- Personalized attention to the customer.
- Booking management.
- Collaboration with the Maitre in the preparation of orders and inventories.
- Analyze continuously track quality and customer satisfaction results related to your service process.
- Coordinate, control and manage the winery area, and other necessary materials, replenishing the stock.
- Develop tasks related to the management of HR and people.

IS REQUIRED:
- Higher minimum training in restoration.
- Accredit experience in similar position in 4 or 5 star hotels, gastronomic restaurants: minimum 2 years.
- Spanish and English, other languages will be valued.
- Domain of office automation.
